I have just discovered the Danish whisk and find it is the best tool for mixing bread dough. I've baked for years and this is so much easier than using a wooden spoon. I am so excited that I had to share. I used it to mix oatmeal raisin cookies and it is so much easier plus it does a better job of mixing.
