Due to Covid 19 and everyone at home baking I am unable to purchase the usual type of yeast I use for bread baking which is Fleischmann's Quick Rise Instant Yeast. (Most stores are on back-order for over a month) My daughter found SAF Instant Yeast (1 lb) which I have never
used. Would I use the same amount of yeast for the SAF as for Fleischmann's Quick Rise?
(2 1/4 tsp) for 3 cups of flour? No directions on package and cannot find the "best before" date. This was purchased this week (May 18) Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Cheers
