I am using the recipe of yours for "Our favorite sandwich bread" and using the white whole wheat flour. I followed the directions, the dough was soft, but not sticky, and I put it in a bowl for the first rise. That was done within less than an hour. But by the time i move it to the pan, it rises, but only made it half way to the top of the pan and stopped. I haven't seen a rise in about 3 hours. My pan is the 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 size. What can I do now?
