I’m having an awful time. I’ve been using a 6-8 cup of flour recipe for 3 loaves in the smaller pan. How many ounces should the dough weigh for each pan? I had read about 1.5-2lbs per loaf. I weigh out about 1.5 but my dough doesn’t raise up enough? My kitchen is cooler so I put on warm stove to raise. Im using instant yeast...could that be the problem too? I’m so discouraged. My chickens are happy though....😢. Any help would be so appreciated. Thank you!
