Great question, Lena. You have two options here: one is to bake the loaf as is, hoping that the oven spring hides some of the fingerprinting and referring to your loaf as "rustic" and "made with love". The other would be to gently deflate the dough and allow it to rise again. If you choose the latter, you can expect that it won't rise to its full height again, but you will have a more even rise, sans-footprints.
