Can you rescue dough that was punched down in the pan? I left my dough to rise in the pan and it was nearly done. Being a harried mom of toddlers, I thought I could sneak in a quick shower while the hubby watched the kiddos then pop the loaves in the oven when I got out. Came into the kitchen to find small fingerprints all over my lovely, almost fully risen bread dough. :'(
