I started baking a couple of loaves of bread and thought I had a backup sack of KAF .. but ... oops! . . . I didn't. I had already processed the yeast when I discovered I had only two cups of flour. So, now my "two cup dough" is sitting the refrigerator to inhibit the rising process until I am able to get more flour, probably not for a few hours. Hopefully, I can continue through the process as normal? (I guess I'll find out!)
