I know this is an older article, but so grateful you posted it. This was the funniest and most helpful article I have found to illustrate exactly when to put your loaf in the oven. I'm so glad other people have had the collapsing loaf phenomenon- made me feel normal! Wish I had seen this back when, you know, it was originally posted... haha!
