I have been making bread for a long time. But!!!!! I have been making whole wheat bread and it is delicious, except that I never know when I will have a blow out on one side of my loaf. I have tried proofing under and over and shaping differently but I never know. Sometimes only one loaf out of 4 will blowout and another time all 4 loafs will blowout. Please,Please,Please help me to figure out so it does not do this. I sell some of my bread to family and friends and I want them to look beautiful. Thank you in advance
