This tutorial with the pictures and anecdotes was very helpful and mimicked past frustrations. Since logging into KAF, and its hotline, my breads have come out great, preceded by years of trying and failing.....that "sour" dough hit the mark. Never had so much fun with baking! My husband grew up in a home with fresh home made bread; after 30 years of marriage, I am finally hitting the mark!
