For yrs now i loved making pies and everyone loved my flaky pie crust. After retiring and moving to another area where we have a water filter system due to iron water, and i feel too the gluten that is in flour now is preventing me from making good flaky pie crust like i used to. Any thoughts on this? Happy Trails, jandh
