You're welcome to give it a try, Nicole, knowing that the pizza won't need very long if it's being baked at such a high temperature. This thin crust-hot oven approach is often used to make dishes like flammkuchen or Tart Flambe. If that's the result you're going for, then bake away, watching your pizza closely as it bakes to prevent it from over-browning. Happy baking! Kye@KAF
