Odilia, if you'd like to bake your pizza on a baking sheet, you might want par-bake the crust without any toppings for just a few minutes before you add the rest of the tasty toppers and let it finish baking. You can also heat your grill pan and bake the crust without any toppings on it too; but if you go with this approach, you might want to use a thicker crust so it's easier to handle.
