I keep getting caught by the photos - first the pizza dough, then the glorious topping. It wouldn't last long enough to get on the pizza! I usually use KA unbleached bread flour (I bake more bread than anything else so AP is rarely around). Would it help or hinder the final ultra thin crust if I used bread flour instead of AL?
