The simplest things are often the best discoveries! I would have never thought to try and make vanilla infused sea salt, despite the fact that I have a bag of vanilla-sugar in my pantry right now. Sounds like it would be wonderful on the upcoming ice creams I have planned, and I love the idea of sprinkling it on fresh fruit!
