Hi Mayre, I just follow the directions on the mix for making a full batch, then pour into the pan. OR are you talking about the whole grain baking mix? For multi-use mixes, Bisquick etc., if you use a recipe that make about 20 4" pancakes, that is a great size for making in a 9" x 13" pan. Hope this helps. ~ MJ
