I have just discovered that my flour has been contaminated by weevils (or whatever). The bags are stored in plastic boxes with secure closures that look like nothing could get through.
Question: d o these critters live in the flour then come to life in the heat of summer? I am in Florida where summer this year was really hot and humid.
