Hi, Susan! I love this blog!! I'm entering Baking and Pastry school this fall. I'm 61years of age, and I must follow my passion of baking! Both of my Grandmothers were excellent bakers, and they left me with quite a baking legacy! I noticed that your recipe calls for 175 grams of butter. Could you share with me what that would translate to in pounds/ounces?? Thank you!!
