Hi, I baked the chocolate moist cake, using the recipe on the cake flour box, the cake was excellent and my family loved it. So my niece asked to use the same recipe to make cupcakes for her babyshower. So my question is :
Do I have to make any adjustments to the recipe ?
I am going to use King Arthur unbleached all purpose flour, will that affect the moistness of the cake? If so , what's the substitution for cake flour?
