I made the chocolate cheesecake. I followed all the directions. Easy follow. I decided to do a water bath in the ninja foodie 6-8qt. Had some extra batter due to changing pan to 7” to fit in ninja. Use high temp for 35 min and allow steam to dissipate without venting for 25 min. Came out perfectly. Allowed it to cool overnight then added a cocoa sour cream topping. Very rich and smooth. Great Father’s Day gift for my husband.
