This recipe looks great although I haven't made it. Last year I contacted Hershey's to find the lost recipe, "Hershey's Cocoa Pie" but they no longer used that in their chocolate cheesecake recipe file. I think there were a couple they had but I don't think it was the same compared to what they have now, one being Hershey's Chocolate Cheesecake using sweetened condensed milk and the other one, Rich Chocolate Cheesecake, they both use the cocoa. I was wondering if PJ heard of the old recipe and if I remember correctly, it used the syrup. I asked them and they didn't have it. Any ideas about subbing the syrup with the ratio of a particular recipe? Thanks!
