This is a very flavorful cheese cake that is rather easy to bake. I followed the recipe faithfully and my reward was a moist, dense cheese cake that will become the one I bake for Bo, love-of-my-life, every time she craves a chocolate fix (and can wait for it to bake and cool). I will keep my other favorite, Junior’s New York Cheesecake, that I found on this website, as well,
