Hi Shirley, Yes, you can make these in cupcake pans. You'll get about 24. Bake at 300°F for about 20-25 minutes. Once baked, turn off the oven and let them cool in the oven for another 30 minutes, then chill well before serving. Enjoy!~ MJ
