You'd better be believing that I will trying this one..... and who knows it might be in a tight race with my all time favorite your Brooklyn-Style Cheesecake! Oh Oh do I lovvvveeeee cheesecake! Thanks for revisiting this iconic cheesecake which I agree never really felt right on the tongue even though I'm a confessed chocoholic.
