I bought the pan recently when I visited your store in Norwich. I tried this recipe. Twice. II followed the recipe. Was a flop. The dough did not rise. They have more of a biscuit texture and it didn’t even rise enough to make a slit for a hotdog.

I was very disappointed. I know that my yeast is fine because I had just baked bread and that turned out very well. I always measure my ingredients using a scale.
