I tried making the buttery recipe and ended up with a sticky dough that did not want to come out of the food processor. I added more than the recipe amount of water but that did not help the dough in the processor. I was expecting that the dough would look shiny in the processor but sadly this was not the case. Anyway I formed it into a ball and had to keep wetting my hands to keep it from sticking to me. I put it into the bowl and then into the warming tray below my oven on the proof setting for an hour. Next I got it into the pan for another hour in the proof tray. After baking these they seemed to have the taste that I wanted. How do I get away from the sticky dough in my food processor?
