PJ, I ADORE your blog! As a transplanted New Englander living in Colorado, this recipe brought tears to my eyes....not so much for the hot-dog reminiscences, but for the ONLY way to have a proper lobster roll! Thanks for sharing this with the "Downeast Diaspora!" Your blog has done wonders for my baking....but not my waistline. : ) -Hal
