I love your pan. I have many ideas for how to use it. I'll be getting one. I used to work for Howard Johnson food processing plant in Brockton Ma. I was involved with making the fried clams, macaroni & cheese (I still remember how they made it) and all flavors of ice cream. My mom worked in the bakery section and designed the flowers on the cakes. Only the highest quality went into their products.
