I'll have to try this recipe. I agree about the other recipe being dense, so I've tended to stay away from making them. Now that we're in the South, it would be nice to have a taste of home - maybe with shrimp salad instead :-) I remember the 3-D burger from HoJo's with its special sauce - much better than a Big Mac!
