These look great MJ. I recently made char sui manapua (steamed pork buns) for the first time. They came out great. My husband was raised in Hawaii and he says these were the best manapua he has ever eaten. http://www.theeggfarm.com/blog/2014/05/12/manapua-at-the-egg-farm/ I used the jarred sauce too, so I will be checking back to see if anyone shares a recipe for the char sui seasoning.
