Hi MJ, These look like just the thing to stick in my freezer for my "boys." You asked about what we do with leftovers from the grill. I often make chicken salad and, yes, chicken salad make with BBQ chicken breasts (sauce and all), celery, scallions (or whatever), mayonnaise and anything else your heart desires is a great way to use up that last bit of chicken.
