What about maple syrup farms or museums, I am always on the lookout for granulated maple sugar, Teader Joes use to sell it but do not any more Maple syrup is pretty easy to find around here, but if you're looking for a comprehensive tour at almost any time of year, I can recommend Morse Farm just north of Montpelier. They have a lovely little shop and can tell you anything you want to know about sugaring! Susan
