Hey Susan, I was asked by a friend to make their wedding cake, and the destination is 3 hours away. I have access to a full bakery set-up, so the actual baking isn't an issue. Could you give me some tips on what the best way to transport the cake would be? I'll be going there the day before the wedding, but I would like to make the cakes in the bakery to save some hassle.
