I've definitely heard of the cajeta – caramelized goat's milk – Dale, though I've never seen it for sale, nor sampled it. I'll take your word on how delicious it is. Never seen a Tres Leches cake with flan on top, though, which sounds absolutely divine - thanks for sharing here! PJH
