Janhavi, you will want to double this recipe to fill a 9" x 13" pan. Doubling this recipe is incredibly easy and works like a charm--just double add the ingredients and prepare as instructed. A handy guide for swapping pan sizes is that a typical 2 layer cake recipe makes one 9" x 13" cake, 24 cupcakes, two 9" round layers, three 8" round layers, or a 10-inch bundt cake.
