Hi Sue, I've made several other "classic" recipes with our cake flour and our cake flour blend, and haven't had one fail (knock wood). I would definitely say go for it with your favorite trusty recipe. Perhaps not WEDDING cake sized to start with though, eh? :) ~ MJ
