Hi Dee, thank you for your support! We supply Homeboy Industries with much of their flour, and just had one of our best bakers out there helping them to perfect their baguettes and giving them pointers as they start their own gluten free line. I am personally planning to use my week of volunteer time this year to work with them again (did you know that King Arthur Flour grants every full-time employee 40 hours of paid volunteer time each year?) So yes! We definitely intend to continue working with Homeboy Industries in the future.
