Amazing!!! I only tweaked one thing: I found it difficult to get a reasonably even sprinkling of salt when the cookie dough was in balls, so I pulled the rack out halfway through baking when the dough had flattened some and sprinkled salt on then. Not essential to improve the cookies, but I found this worked better for me.
