Try an Air Bake traditional baking sheet. Yes, they're like $20 for a single cookie sheet, but it helps give a crispy crust. They're also great for baking anything you want crispy on the bottom...cookies, individual hamburger buns etc. My husband was an 'on the rack' kinda guy until I had him use this once. He hasn't baked frozen pizza straight on the rack since. We recently bought a pizza stone. It wasn't worth the $$ because the Air Bake sheet gave equally good results without worrying about pre-heating a stone.
