I guess I take the easy way out - my freezer pizza is French bread style pizza. I make up kits with a baggy of sauce, some grated cheese, and a loaf of my homemade Italian bread for the freezer. Then when we go out, I get a kit out and let the babysitter and the kids make up the pizza and bake it in the oven. The kids have taken to calling French bread pizza "babysitter pizza".
