This cake is DIVINE! I unfortunately didn't have proper espresso powder or any more beloved King Arthur flour (starter kitchen, you work with what you've got), but it still turned out fabulous! Got some instant coffee and made sure to grind it up even finer (mortar and pestle style with a spoon and a bowl) for that and it still tasted delicious! Can't wait to try it again, and with more quality ingredients if I can get them! Thanks KAF. Looking forward to more recipes! :)
