This recipe sounds so very good, but I can not use regular baking mix because the sodium in the baking powder and baking soda are way more then my husband can have, due to a heart condition. It makes baking very difficult with the alternative sodium free versions. Can you please give me an idea on how to use your flour and my alternatives to make a lower sodium baking mix.
