Made this bread in my new Staub Dutch Oven and it was close to perfect. Question that I had that I felt wasn't answered anywhere was:
1) If baking a large loaf, how long do I bake it? What's the internal temperature suppose to be? I removed mine about five minutes early, amazing crust, not much crumble
