If your oven can fit two smaller Dutch ovens, side-by-side, then you're more than welcome to bake them at the same time. They should both be placed on the same rack to ensure even baking. The length of time they're in the oven shouldn't be drastically different than what you'd expect from baking just one loaf alone. If the loaves are less in volume, they'll finish baking faster.
