This bread is amazing! I have been baking this for about a year now every weekend. Recently, my wife was diagnosed with Celiacs Disease and I am now working to find an alternative Gluten Free recipe that can mimic this recipe. I know that is asking a lot since part of the amazing chemistry in this bread occurs with gluten. If anyone has any alternative recipes, I am all ears. Itching to try a tasty new bread.
