Omg! It's singing!!! I've been making artisan bread, at home, for a couple of years. My family loves the homemade bread, but I had yet to be thrilled..until today. Alison, your details were spot on! Every step was worth the time. Even if my first try was unsuccessful (maybe beginners luck today), your post inspired me to happily continue trying. I made the round loaves and can't wait to try the baguettes. It's everything you said it would be AND it sang! This home cook thanks you very much!! :-)
