Great bread! I was searching for a good recipe so I can stop buying $8-10 loaves from a local great bakery and still have great crusty bread with those winter soups. Really easy to follow and it is also wonderful for add ins - my daughters favorite is chunks of parmesan and pepperoni but I will be trying some others soon - excellent again and better frankly when made with King Arthur Flour and lets me give a loaf away to friends when I bake.
