I've had the great luck to have a private class with Alison in her San Francisco kitchen. We gossiped, the breads sang and we sampled the incredible baguettes and fabulous walnut-olive variation to our souls' content. I walked with Alison down to deliver baguettes to her favorite shopkeepers who smiled broadly when they saw her enter. She is a gentle, generous, teacher who has found yet another calling. Thank you dear Alison.
