I tried this recipe today and it was a winner as far as taste. It is very time intensive, not hands on time, but this is a whole day project so, be prepared. I used active dry yeast rather than instant. For the second addition of yeast, I proofed the 2 tsp of yeast in about 2 tbsp of warm water. I didn't have a dutch oven I could use so I used a stoneware baker and a pie plate with water under it in the oven to create steam. Everything worked really well and I can't wait to dig into the second loaf tomorrow.
