Recommendations for baking if you don't have 2 deep skillets or a cloche? It looked like someone used a pie plate - what was used for the top? Would a Dutch oven work or would it be too big? What would happen if you used a half sheet pan, parchment and a pan of water on the bottom shelf of the oven? Just looking for ways I could try this bread. Thanks!
